This is a smashing tutorial with PHP: http://www.w3schools.com/PHP/php_file_upload.asp
But if you don't like coding then I would use Dropbox to practice the chore for you: http://world wide web.ampercent.com/dropbox-uploader-allow-users-upload-files-dropbox-account/ (Easy gear up-up)
